Terms and condition

1. Course Fees and Payment

All course fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule communicated at the time of enrollment. Enrollment in any course offered by Skillsprint Tech shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable course fees.

Skillsprint Tech reserves the right to revise course fees, payment structures, or promotional offers at its sole discretion without prior notice. However, such revisions shall not affect students who have already completed payment for a specific batch.

Payments may be made through approved payment methods including, but not limited to, UPI, bank transfer, online payment gateways, or other authorized payment channels.

2. Refund Policy

All course fees paid to Skillsprint Tech are non-refundable and non-transferable once enrollment has been confirmed.

In the event that a course or batch is cancelled by Skillsprint Tech, the student shall be eligible to either receive a full refund of the paid course fees or transfer enrollment to the next available batch of the same course.

If a student is unable to attend the enrolled batch due to unavoidable circumstances, the organization may, at its sole discretion, allow the student to shift to a future batch of the same course, subject to prior approval and batch availability.

No refund shall be issued if a student voluntarily withdraws, discontinues participation, or fails to attend the course after enrollment.

3. Placement Assistance

Skillsprint Tech may provide placement assistance services including resume guidance, interview preparation sessions, mock interviews, and sharing relevant job opportunities with hiring organizations.

Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment. Final hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective hiring organizations and depend on the candidate’s qualifications, technical skills, and interview performance.

4. Certificate Policy

Students who successfully complete the training program may be awarded a course completion certificate issued by Skillsprint Tech.

Eligibility for certification is subject to the following conditions:

• Meeting the minimum attendance requirement specified for the course
• Successful completion of assignments, projects, or assessments
• Compliance with all academic and conduct policies during the training program

The organization reserves the right to withhold certification if these conditions are not fulfilled.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students enrolled in any program conducted by Skillsprint Tech are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the training period.

Students shall:

• Attend scheduled sessions regularly and punctually
• Complete assignments, projects, and course exercises
• Maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow participants
• Refrain from unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of course materials, recordings, or proprietary content

Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination from the course without entitlement to any refund.

6. EMI Option

For selected courses, Skillsprint Tech may offer EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) payment options through authorized payment partners or financial institutions.

Eligibility for EMI shall be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the respective payment provider. Any applicable interest, processing fees, or additional charges will be communicated to the student at the time of enrollment.

7. Batch Rescheduling and Trainer Availability

Skillsprint Tech reserves the right to reschedule training batches, modify session timings, or assign alternate trainers if required due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

Such changes shall not affect the validity of the student’s enrollment, and the organization will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuity and quality of training.
